Wow this seller is amazing! They changed out my phone since it wasn't working and even upgraded me! If only the big companies like Amazon was this good!

I bought and received the phone (listed ready for Verizon) via priority mail, and opened the box to remove the padded pack holding the phone. I was caught off guard by the phone dropping right out into my hand, because the padded pack holding it was left open, unsealed. phew! The phone looked absolutely amazing, and better than described! I checked the phone's ID on Verizon's website so I could switch over and initiate my cell service, only to find the phone was not compatible. Then I went to a Verizon corporate store for assistance, and they checked the phone, but it came back as on their "Non-paid" list, so I was very disappointed. I contacted Swappa.com and the seller and returned the phone. I eventually received a full refund, rather painlessly. Would I buy from the seller again? Yes, ...and I did.

Had a an issue with the phone that i received, the seller did solve the issue and sent a better quality replacement but due to lack of communication from the seller i can't say that the sale was good. The phone is great, just the process to get it was stressful.

Took a while due to placing my order when the sellers were on an unannounced vacation but other than that everything went smoothly.

Item ALMOST as described 9/10 (light scuff or scratch), but there is a highly visible "dent" or "ding" right above the front camera that is not visible in their sale picture due to the tilting of the front in the one solo picture of it. Perhaps this happened in shipping, as they did not SEAL the bubble mailer that was contained within the flat rate box and so the item was loose in the box upon arrival (1/2 of it only in the green plastic bag that it WAS sealed in, within the mailer).

Otherwise functions well and everything else looks to be 9/10 quality.

Overall, a pretty poor way to ship an expensive device (it was VERY loose inside) and hopefully they will correct this in the future.

Excellent condition, item as described. Neutral rating because seller claims to "ship FAST typically on the same day the order is received" but it did not get into USPS hands until another 48 hours (during business days). I ordered on a Tuesday, 12pm PST. Not a big deal but we did choose this listing due to that said statement.

Shipping Policies


We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.

Return & Refund Policies


A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
