First time buying outside a big box store and was hoping to save a bunch as we have 4 phones to upgrade. Unfortunately the phone I got, though beautiful, was defective. I returned it (seller paid for shipping) and asked for a replacement. After a number of days I got a Paypal notice saying I got a refund. So no replacement and now I needed to start at square one and because I literally went 2 weeks without a phone and needed one for work, I ended up having to go back to a big box store and buy one not even on sale. I am giving the seller the benefit of the doubt with the rating as they were honest about the look of phone, provided a refund, and provided return shipping. I would recommend a used phone purchase only if your current phone is not broken and you have time to deal with potential problems or if it doesn't work out, that you can wait for a big box sale.

Phone was in great shape aside from one gouge near charging port. It was a few days and repeated requests before I heard back from seller about why my phone was not at USPS yet. Phone seems to be working fine though. Came with OEM charger which is a bonus.

I received a phone that did not work properly, but I was issued a refund. My only complaint is that my email & then phone calls when unanswered and then my messages on the comment section were not handled in a timely manner causing me to fear that I had been duped. But they did come through with the refund which is why I did not give them a negative rating. I really wish for the option of stars - I would give them a 3.5 out of 5.

We strive to improve our logistics and processes to make that happen each and every day.

Shipping Policies


We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.

Return & Refund Policies


A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
