Its was tuff I felt a little nervous when my package was lost in the mail for a couple weeks but the guys from maroon helped me file a claim and finally I got it

Got the phone i wanted but i originally wanted unlocked instead of tmobile even though i mention in the comment and person agree he swap it out but its okay i have tmobile anyways, just only wanted unlock version just to switch to another carrier in the future

Great phone and is in the condition they say it is.

Gave me a loose charging cord. The cord became dysfunctional after 2 weeks I got the phone. I requested a replacement cord, but never got a follow-up email on this situation.

Phone didn't work, but it was not unlocked correctly. The seller seemed to be having a hard time communicating quickly and swappa had to step in. Ended up not being able to get the phone after about 2 weeks and had to order from a different company. I got my full refund so I am not giving a negative review, but I would be cautious.

I received the Galaxy S10+ on 04/16/2020 fast shipping was great. However when I was checking the phone and opened the camera app for the 1st time, I received warning message "camera failed". I've done every troubleshooting thing possible for the last 2 days and still getting this error.
