Good experience buying the phone, however less than 1 year after I bought it the wifi calling completely stopped working. Samsung wants $100+ to repair. Phone is out of warranty. Won't be buying Samsung again. Probably no way the seller could have known this would happen.

The phone works fine and the only problem with the transaction was the delay in shipping and the fact that USPS did not update the tracking information. I highly recommend that the seller does not use USPS for shipping their phones.

I ordered a Samsung S10+ in December 2020. My phone arrived safely, but it was not the correct color. While color may not seem like a big deal, I did specifically buy from Maroon Mobile because they were selling it for a fair price and had lots of positive reviews. When I reached out, their team told me that they ran out of the color I ordered and shipped out a different one because they assumed someone had emailed me about this. Both of our records showed I was never notified about the color replacement. They offered me a $20 refund, which I took because it was not worth trying to find another phone and ship this one back during the busy holiday season. It took another reminder email about my refund for the team to properly refund me back. While I appreciate Maroon Mobile for admitting their shipping color mistake and trying to correct it, I am unsure if I would buy from their team again due to the lack of transparency with customers.

Maroon Mobile was launched in April of 2016 as a small business dealing with both retail and wholesale sales of smartphones and other electronics. Our objective is to make sure each and every customer receives a quality device they are fully satisfied with. We strive to improve our logistics and processes to make that happen each and every day.

Shipping Policies


We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.

Return & Refund Policies


A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
