The phone is in goodish quality. Not what I expected. The picture of the phone was not what I got. Minor scratches on the device. Along with slight screen burn in not advertised in listing. If not for these two minor problems I'd buy from again!
This phone will not charge. Tells me there's moisture in the phone. After several attempts at drying it, it still says there's moisture defected. It started right out of the box and has progressively worsened. I'd like a replacement.
Rating pending company explaining why I was sold a stolen Sprint phone...
Device was marked stolen, but the seller granted a return without issue.

Excellent quality. As rated, there's a very faint scratch on the screen that you reeeally have to look for with the phone off. With the phone on, I don't think you can see it. Anyway, very pleased, would buy from seller again. Also fast shipping, good customer communication. I made an error with my order and they very willing corrected it for me. Thanks!

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
