I ordered a T-Mobile S7. they sent a Verizon S7. After some time (and swappa involvement) the unit was returned. No refund until escalating claim with paypal and getting Swappa involved again. Advice? Pass on MaroonMobile

Took a while to respond to emails and was always at the end of the two business day window.

Was sold a phone that was advertised as unlocked and ready for any carrier. The phone was in great condition, however the phone was still being financed and was not disclosed of being financed. Since the phone still had an outstanding financing balance, the phone could not be activated on T-Mobile (where the financing still existed). I had to contact Maroon Mobile to return the phone and got a full refund.

Seller was late shipping, did not ship the same day or even next business day. Phone was accurately describe but very little description was there. Deep gouges in the back of the phone which was not listed in the description. Also shipping didn't seem secure, and I would be hesitant to ship an expensive electronic the same way. But in this case there were no issues when I opened the packaging.

Was sent a tracfone instead an an att phone. I contacted the seller several times with no response. Seller finally arranged to return the phone but only after getting swappa involved. After seeing that returned phone has been delivered I once again made several attempts to contact seller for a refund with no response and only was able to get response after getting swappa involved again. I decided to use a different seller as a result. Seller really needs to work on communication.

Phone received was a T-mobile locked version, not an unlocked AT&T version as advertised. The charger included with the phone does not work. I can make this work for what I need, so it's not worth the hassle of disputing the issues.

Shipped on the slower side, forgot to send the S-Pen with the note 5, and slow to respond to ship it out.

I was sent a malfunctioning phone. Unreliable communication to resolve the issue. They had the phone returned to them for a few days without updating me on whether they could send a new one or give me a refund. However, the physical state of the phone was good and when I did finally get a hold of them they responded quickly.

Phone delivered promptly Verizon was unable to activate due to phone problem. Emailed vendor and was sent return label promptly. Then, nothing. Phone was received by vendor and I never heard from them again. They ignored multiple emails and calls over two weeks. I had to open a dispute with Paypal for a refund. Vendor ignored Paypal, too. Paypal found in my favor and refunded purchase in full.

We strive to improve our logistics and processes to make that happen each and every day.

Shipping Policies


We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.

Return & Refund Policies


A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
