Product was sold in Good condition but back cover has multiple sticker marks including over the camera and flash. IMO the condition of the camera did not match what was advertised. I am having to try to scrub them off without scratching the case, but residue remains on the back cover. Disappointing, and a caution to other potential buyers to beware of Marron Mobile ratings.

It took long to ship and it was not the phone in the picture they have displayed. They don’t respond to your messages and it wasn’t worth it.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S8 for at&t from Maroon Mobile and it does not work with at&t. The phone came as described but when taking it to the at&t to get a sim card nothing they did worked. Upon further inspection the device I purchased is listed as a Cricket device when I looked up the phones imei number. The phone boots up as an at&t device but does not work with the network when using an at&t sim card. I would like a refund.

Phone sent not as advertised. I complained about scratches on the back. The seller said their techs hadn't been trained to check the back glass. Sent the phone back for a different one, finally after a week of no phone I requested a refund, which they did issue after two email request.

Phone that was sent had been incorrectly factory reset and required previous owners google account to activate. Volume rocker was also inoperable. Sent multiple contacts to get a return label. Seller was then unresponsive to refund requests after the phone was returned until a paypal case was opened two weeks later. Paypal refunded my money.

Slow shipping took a week to arrive. Device is clearly a refurb job with an audible rattle when pressing the touchscreen or slightly shaking the phone and many false touch contacts (meaning the phone thinks you pushed 2 inches away from your finger.) Cheap replacement screen. At least it's not blacklisted, I guess.

Maroon Mobile was very unprofessional throughout the process. I never received confirmation that my phone had shipped until I emailed several times. Then I received a defective phone. When I reached out to the seller to inquire about a possible fix or a return again I received no response to emails, phone calls, texts and FB messages. The seller did not respond until I complained to Swappa. They were nice enough to honor their return policy and sent me a postage paid mailing label. But after returning the phone AGAIN I had to contact the seller multiple times. They never confirmed receipt of the returned phone AND did not issue my refund until I bugged them. I'm surprised by their high rating because my experience showed the people behind Maroon Mobile to be unprofessional and completely lacking in customer service skills.

I held off on marking the sale complete because when I gave the phone to my girlfriend on Christmas, we found the charger didnt work. The chord was fine but not the charging block. I messaged the seller via email twice but never heard back which sucks because the phone will also intermittently lose service and say that it can't read sim. I bought a "Grade A" condition phone from a company I thought would be legit. Apparently A stands for ass which is how I feel I've been treated. Used phone retailers are usually scum tho so I'll keep that in mind next time

Never got the device! I ordered this on the 6th hoping i would get it in two days since i live close to college station, but never got it. I needed this phone by 9th. It was such a waste my time! Reading other reviews im guessing they never had the item in stock...

Shipping Policies


We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.

Return & Refund Policies


A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
