The phone was in pretty solid shape. There was some fine scratches on the back but those are hardly noticeable with a case. The front has some fine scratches as well but you can't even see them with the screen on. My main problem is that the seller didn't include an s pen. Which is 99% of the reason you get a note. And the description doesn't say anything about not having an spen. Very disappointed that now I have to go get one on my own.

The phone shipped pretty fast, when I go to set it up the phone had a factory reset lock on it! it wouldn't let me use the phone at all. I had to spend a couple of days trying to bypass the FRP. I managed to bypass the FRP but it was a big hassle, I had to hook up the phone to my pc just to unlock it. I shouldn't have to go through this

The first phone I received had to be returned but it was quickly replaced with a fully functioning phone that I'm very happy with

I just had to replace the battery and when I did, I was shown that the battery that came in this phone was held in place with double sided tape, which is known not to be common practice. I was told that kind of instillation could potentially damage the screen when the battery is taken out, which would have resulted in a $300 charge to replace the screen. I was told not to bring the phone back to whoever sold it to me for repairs. Luckily the tape only removed a little of the back casing. Very disappointed in what I thought was a worthwhile purchase.

I had a terrible experience with their customer service and the reply time. I would give them less then 1 star for that truly displays the terrible service I had with them. When I received my phone, It was defective. The phone arrived with 75% charge, but after plugging it in, I realized the lie they had sent me. The phone would not hold a charge; this made the phone useless. I sent the phone back. I did not receive a new phone/refund for 3-4 weeks. I soon had to get swappa staff to force Maroon mobile into refunding me. This one-star experience sums up the way Maroon mobile goes about complete their day to day tasks.

All in all, I urge you not to buy from Maroon mobile unless you are ready to obtain defective phones.

Shipping Policies


We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.

Return & Refund Policies


A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
