The ordered item arrived quickly but was not in mint condition as advertised. Dead pixels can easily be seen on the screen when the device is powered on.

Took over 3 business days to even be shipped. Tracking info is suppose to be updated within 2 business days. They had to be sent an email from Swappa before they even bothered to ship the item and then it was almost another day before they shipped it.

Phone pictured wasn't the phone recieved, was listed as a 6/7 out of a 10. Which to me would be normal wear and tear on a phone and this thing on a 5.8 inch phone had 1.5 x 1.5 gouging on the back side among with the normal wear and tear scratching totally not satisfying

I wanted to return this phone due to deep scratches on the screen. They did not mention any thing regarding deep scratches. I wanted to get a different phone or return this phone sellers are not RESPONDING. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS.

The phone had damage and I felt the description was not accurate. It was for a gift so it was not convenient to return the phone. Warning to future buyers, be weary of this seller over-simplifying the damage description.

Tracking arrived the same day as the phone. Phone seems poorly refurbished as the back is not evenly sealed and raised on one corner.

This phone has been reported as stolen and I need to be refunded my money.

I received an iPhone XR with a blocked imei.

The phone definitely was not in mint condition, it was in good condition, but not mint. Return and refund took a while.
