Phone in great condition. Only problem is that the original owner hasn't paid it off so I can't switch carriers.

The good: The phone shipped quickly and was well packaged

The bad: When I got the phone, the fingerprint sensor didn't work and the firmware version was "unsupported" and would not receive updates. Not a huge deal, it happens, but Maroon Mobile was very unresponsive through the whole process, requiring the involvement of Swappa staff twice. They did provide a shipping label and eventually apply a refund but I had to ask for a response at every step.

Phone arrived with a chipped fingerprint scanner which was not noted in the listing or pictures. This was fine as the phone was still in better condition compared to other listings with similar prices. The biggest issue is that the device was listed as a U1 factory unlocked device when it was really a Verizon-branded device running unlocked firmware. Completely unacceptable and would not purchase from this seller again.

I am very much displeased with the dishonesty. The device I purchased was not in mint condition as described in the description or pictures shown, the device show signs of wear and tear around the charger port, top of the drive and the battery door.

Received device with a minor scuff marks on the corner of the device. Device also frequently restarts on itself after a short amount of time to being basically unusable.

Update: the phone I purchased started having issues after 6 months. The screen is faded and blinks with varying brightness and I am guessing will fail soon. Was hoping maroon mobile would work with me to fix the issue but they would not. Phone is garbage. Last time I buy from maroon or this site. Too much can go wrong.

Too many issues with this unit.
The seller said Condition: GRADE B (8/10 with observed signs of use such as some scratches and scuffs.They are not deep scratches.
And it´s wrong, this device has deep scratches on screen and is more a 6 of 10.
Additionally this is a SM-G973U that belong to Boot Mobile that was Unlocked by a third party.

Send a different device or at least like not advertised. With a cracked s pen. After long hours of waiting they have send me a replacement s pen. Escalated the case to pp. They want their device back. I am not going to give them. I wanted partial refund. They refused that. So there it is. Nice transaction.

Received phone then spent the whole day setting the phone up before I realized the vibrate function on the phone is dead.

Shipping Policies


We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.

Return & Refund Policies


A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
