Not only did I get the wrong phone but it took almost 3 weeks to resolve their mistake and get my refund. Never buying from this seller again.

Sent me a 930P (Sprint model) flashed with 930T (T-Mobile) firmware, instead of a normal 930T. I did not request a replacement because I needed the phone ASAP, and couldn't go without a phone for 1-2 weeks, let alone the hassle of migrating all my data over again. While the phone functions fine, I do not like having a phone with modified software. I could have bought a 930P and flashed it with 930T firmware myself, as that would have been cheaper, but I wanted to get a TMobile phone to prevent potential issues down the road due to tampered software. (As an example, one of the issues is that the Settings app doesn't show the phone's real serial number, and instead shows some random number. When I registered the phone with Samsung, it told me I had a completely different serial number. Additionally, an IMEI lookup shows that this phone is a 930P Sprint model, which could give me hassles down the road when using this phone with GSM carriers). Won't be buying from Maroon Mobile again.

The actual phone itself was as described however the entire sale was not. The phone came in a yellow bubble wrap envelop along with the charger and usb cord only. The listing clearly stated that the phone would come with box, manuals, and ALL accessories which is why I purchased from this seller because it was a great deal and advertised a complete package which is not the case. I contacted the seller and after SEVERAL days he said they basically "forgot" to send the box and accessories and that he would be getting it in the mail right away. Its been almost 2 weeks and I am yet to get the rest of what I paid for. Communication sucks with this company and I expect to get all I paid for esp when its advertised. Not happy at all. I will not be buying from seller again

I was sold a phone that not only was only blacklisted it was also STOLEN!!! Okay that's fine it was a mistake granted but! me as a customer the communication wasn't all their i asked a questions like " When I send the phone back how long does my refund take to go back to my debt card" NO ANSWER! When u first get a phone look up the IMEI I found out the first day I got the phone an the next day I sent it back! Pros ( Phone was in great condition

Pictures of cell phone in the ad were not the of the phone I received. There are also deep scratches on the face and one about 2 inch scratch across it. The back was also scratched.

After using the Note 5 for two months all the sudden the phone would not connect to my network Tmobile. I brought it to Tmobile to see why and they told me that the phone have been blacklisted.

Shipping Policies


We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.

Return & Refund Policies


A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
