The phone was ripped out of the package somewhere in Minnesota and an empty package arrived at my house.

I was required to submit a PayPal dispute and eventually a dispute with my credit card.

The seller had very poor communication throughout the entire process.

If Swappa boils down to experiences like this, I will soon become a former user.

This was my second purchase.

The seller shipped my item almost immediately and answered a question I had just as quickly. The package came well wrapped and protected in 3 bubble wrap envelopes AND a heavy cardboard box. It seems to be in almost perfect shape. The icing on the cake is the fact that it arrived 3 days EARLIER than promised. Well done, Lightning Controls

Shipping Policies

Express shipping charge is for USPS Express Mail. During Holidays or delayed USPS times of the year, your express package may be converted to use FedEx 2 Day to ensure timely delivery.

99% of orders are shipped the NEXT business day after your order is placed and paid for.

We utilize FedEx and USPS for shipments, depending on value and buyer location.

Return & Refund Policies

**7 DAY RETURN POLICY**

Buyer pays return shipping for unwanted items. Unwanted returns must be shipped with tracking within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are given within 2-3 business days of delivery of the returned device.

If such a return is approved and the device is returned in the same condition as sent, a 10% restocking fee + 4% PAYPAL Retainer fee will be applied to the refund, restocking fee never to exceed $75. Devices $150 and below will be charged at a flat $25 restocking fee.

If a device is returned in altered condition, you maybe denied a refund and the item returned back to you or the deduction from the refund may exceed the above terms as needed and is under the discretion of Lightning Controls LLC and our authorized agents in this situation.

In the unfortunate event a device becomes defective within the 50 day warranty period, we will issue return postage credits up to the current 1lb USPS rate + signature service ($750+) upon a successful return. No additional fees are charged in this situation.
