I bought a Google Pixel XL from this seller that was supposed to be in good condition, the seller was very slow to respond, when it finally came in with in a week we discovered that it was one of the few devices from the Batch of Google Pixels that had the Mic defect. Upon discovery I immediately took the necessary steps to return the phone and get my money back since I was given a defected device. Again, the seller was slow to respond. I was told that the money would be returned to me once the device was delivered to this seller. It was confirmed that the device was delivered to the seller on Friday January 25th however it is now Friday February 2nd and the seller has yet to respond let alone refund my money. Swappa has tried to get in contact with him to no luck as well. I also have escalated the issue to PayPal who has reached out to this seller also and they have yet to hear from the seller. The seller has had the device back for a week now and has yet to respond to me, Swappa, and

Phone description matched the phone and shipping was good. Only complaint is that the charging cable was very short and neither the cable or the power brick were UL listed/approved.

Shipping Policies
Express shipping charge is for USPS Express Mail. During Holidays or delayed USPS times of the year, your express package may be converted to use FedEx 2 Day to ensure timely delivery.
99% of orders are shipped the NEXT business day after your order is placed and paid for.
We utilize FedEx and USPS for shipments, depending on value and buyer location.
Return & Refund Policies
**7 DAY RETURN POLICY**
Buyer pays return shipping for unwanted items. Unwanted returns must be shipped with tracking within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are given within 2 business days of delivery of the returned device.
If such a return is approved and the device is returned in the same condition as sent, a 10% restocking fee + 4% PAYPAL Retainer fee will be applied to the refund, restocking fee never to exceed $50. Devices under $150 will be charged at a flat $15 restocking fee.
In the unfortunate event a device becomes defective within the 50 day warranty period, we will issue return postage credits up to the current USPS rate + applicate signature service upon a successful return. No additional fees are charge in this situation.
