Horrible Experience. Sent a non-usable phone with a carrier balance still on it. Non-responsive Seller. Took 3 weeks of almost daily communication to get my money back and only after having to open a Venmo Dispute and request SWAPPA staff help throughout did I get it.

The item was fine. There were more scratches on the screen than I could see on the listing, but it's ok. It's a cheap phone. The seller didn't respond to questions, but I can imagine the seller gets a lot of questions they don't have time to respond to. Shipping was prompt and took five days to arrive. I'm not sure if that's standard or not. It seemed a long time to me. Altogether, things went fine.
