Item was definitely not in mint condition it should of been listed as good not sure how swappa letting seller getting away with this and also item looks like it was refurbished, there was fingerprints and glue and scratches on the outside screen and all around the inner bezel I’m guessing from repair , also there was pieces of hair stuck on the frame .. buyer should probably looks elsewhere if you really looking for mint condition item .. I look at all the feedback buyer left for them and half of them complaining about the same issue , seller not grading item how they should , I’m only keeping it because the price I pay was good… I guess I get what I pay for .

When I received the phone, it was not reset to factory default. This caused issues when porting over contacts and data. Recommend full reset before shipping.
