We drop off all USPS packages directly at USPS Bulk Acceptance, where they are scanned when it reaches distribution center. To help offset these delays, we are now offering UPS Ground shipping at a reduced rate of $6.
NOTE: VERIZON LOCKED DEVICE - VZW Locked devices can only be activated through Verizon Customer Service as there App will think the device is locked even though it is a Verizon device.

Important Note: If the device is listed with a specific carrier (rather than unlocked), we cannot guarantee its eligibility for unlocking. If a return is required post the completion of the sale, a refund will be issued based on the market value of the device at that point.
Shipping Policies
We strive to ship same-day via USPS Ground Advantage for orders placed before 1 PM EST, excluding Saturdays.
Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays. Since USPS does not guarantee delivery times for Ground Advantage, we will only contact USPS regarding delayed shipments after 14 business days from the shipping date.
Expedited Shipping via FedEx/UPS (2-day delivery) is available for $20, billed separately, upon request. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday or on Saturday with expedited shipping will be shipped on Monday.
Return & Refund Policies
No Returns on Brand New Sealed Devices
Returns are accepted within 10 business days, but please review the following disclaimer:
PayPal no longer refunds the fees from the original payment when a refund is issued.
If a refund is requested due to a change of address or change of mind before the item ships, the refund will be issued minus any reimbursement fees we incur and deducting shipping costs. A restocking fees of upto 15% might be added if the device is in different condition on top of the market adjustment rate.
If a refund is required due to a device issue that requires a return, we will cover the PayPal fee.
