Hi I received the phone fast and as described
Device was not *literally* factory sealed (the seal was broken) but everything inside was brand new and in the manufacturer packaged state with protective film and such. Arrived a few days later than expected thanks to USPS delays but no fault of the seller!

Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays. Since USPS does not guarantee delivery times for Ground Advantage, we will only contact USPS regarding delayed shipments after 14 business days from the shipping date.
Expedited Shipping via FedEx/UPS (2-day delivery) is available for $20, billed separately, upon request. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday or on Saturday with expedited shipping will be shipped on Monday.

No Returns on Brand New Sealed Devices
Returns are accepted within 10 business days, but please review the following disclaimer:
PayPal no longer refunds the fees from the original payment when a refund is issued.
If a refund is requested due to a change of address or change of mind before the item ships, the refund will be issued minus any reimbursement fees we incur and deducting shipping costs.
If a refund is required due to a device issue that requires a return, we will cover the PayPal fee.
