I have not successfully registered this with either Ting, or Mint. I will keep trying, but I am trying to see if the IMEI is potentially blacklisted or something. I'll change from neutral to different as I find out more.

I would mention (NOT seller's fault) that the delivery was a bit late, so I have had less time than it appears to test this phone out.

The item was shipped quickly. That's about the only positive thing I have to say about my experience. The phone I was sent was Lavender, not Blue. The phone stopped working after having it for 4 days and when I wanted to send it back I received attitude. As someone who has never had to return a phone before, I was not sure what an IMEI was and when I asked for clarification I was told that what they wanted was clear and did not receive an explanation. Multiple times I had to remind them to actually deal with my refund (stuff like "did you send me the shipping label yet? Its been 24 hours like you said", "Did you recieve the phone yet?", "Have you processed the refund? It's been over 24 hours since you received the phone"). Swappa staff had to step in and ask them to send me the shipping label, which of course they did immediately after staff asked but not when I did. This was incredibly frustrating I will not be buying from them again.
