The phone I received was apparently refurbished with extremely low quality parts. Initially, even upon first use, the screen acted weird (stripes on screen, etc), now, after only 3 weeks of use, it will no longer turn on (screen is black, despite being fully charged.) The screen also chipped and cracked with only very minor contact with other items in a backpack (not dropped and in a phone protector case). I am so upset and dispppointed, and I definitely do not recommend buying from this seller.

Expedited Shipping via FedEx/UPS (2-day delivery) is available for $20, billed separately, upon request. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday or on Saturday with expedited shipping will be shipped on Monday.

Returns are accepted within 10 business days, but please review the following disclaimer:
PayPal no longer refunds the fees from the original payment when a refund is issued.
If a refund is requested due to a change of address or change of mind before the item ships, the refund will be issued minus any reimbursement fees we incur and deducting shipping costs.
If a refund is required due to a device issue that requires a return, we will cover the PayPal fee.
