Phone was advertised as straight talk and tracfone, but was locked with tracfone, not seller's fault but custom service at tracfone wasn't able to help 1st time. I decided to try again and another rep was able to help solve the issue. Seller tried to help, but was out of their hands.

Good seller!

The seller was unresponsive for days once I told them that the screen was glitchy. They kept asking the same questions and not really addressing my concerns regarding the warranty or potential remedies. Once I decided to take the phone to a mac shop after texting back and forth with them for 8 days and replaced the screen, they told me that the warranty stops being active after someone else opens the phone. SO they basically dragged it out and  waited out the situation perhaps knowing that people will just give up. I realize that these are second hand products and things happen. But their conduct and lack of accountability leaves much to be desired. Incredibly frustrating.
