Battery, display and Face ID have been serviced. Face ID does not work and battery drains rapidly. This device should be replaced by seller.
The item is exactly as described. The shipping label was created in two days, but it took four days for the seller to get the item to the Post Office. There was no communication about the reason for this delay (or about anything else, for that matter).

Expedited Shipping via FedEx/UPS (2-day delivery) is available for $20, billed separately, upon request. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday or on Saturday with expedited shipping will be shipped on Monday.

Returns are accepted within 10 business days, but please review the following disclaimer:
PayPal no longer refunds the fees from the original payment when a refund is issued.
If a refund is requested due to a change of address or change of mind before the item ships, the refund will be issued minus any reimbursement fees we incur and deducting shipping costs.
If a refund is required due to a device issue that requires a return, we will cover the PayPal fee.
