The phone arrived on time and in good condition. However I was blocked from activating this phone on Ting with the error response from Ting saying that the device didn't pass the financial eligibility check. Ting's only advice is to simply get a refund if purchased from a 3rd party. So I will be doing that today. I've contacted the seller and they responded promptly saying that they will start the refund process. I've bought 3 phones on Swappa, including an iPhone 6S, and this is the first time I've encountered this issue. Apparently this is a well-known issue with Sprint phones. So before buying a phone here on Swappa, have the seller check the phone on Ting at: https://ting.com/byod
