Item not as described, had a large gouge in the screen despite being listed as "very good". They sent a replacement device which had bad water damage to the camera. To their credit, they issued refunds for each problematic phone. Accurate first listing would have saved time. Randomly a week later, the seller shipped me an iphone that I had not ordered. They provided a shipping label for me to send it back to them.

There was an issue with then phone charger that was sent and the company made it right. Stuff happens when things go wrong, this shows the character of a company.
