I received the items very promptly and was how I expected. Great seller!
The listed condition of this phone was too generous. There are numerous scratches on the screen, which to me immediately makes this worse than "fair" since the screen is the biggest point of interaction with a smartphone. The bigger problem, however, is that the battery is old or damaged or both. Its voltage curve is messed up, and as a result, the phone is completely unreliable when it's unplugged.
Hello seller. I'm completing sale as I assume I need to in order to start the refund process. Just not sure as the instructions on the website aren't the greatest for what to do. I received the phone and found the condition unsatisfactory. There was a etched scratch on screen, the home button was worn down, and the battery was dead. Although it did turn on after charging, the charger wasn't sufficient to charge the phone while turned on. I have purchased from you before because I think your prices are good and will again, but because of the reasons I would like a refund for this phone. Thank you for your time. Tim McCune
