Pros:
The phone itself is rock solid and performs super well.
Minimal wear and tear on the device, no cracks/scratches on the screen
Battery life is still well within its prime (12 hours on full charge based on my high usage)
It was actually the Google version of the phone
Cons:
The condition that it was shipped in was poor. The previous user of this phone smoked and the charging port was caked with nicotine/dust to the point where the charging cable wouldn't stay in and could only slow charge. Due to this, the cable was so loose that there's no way it wouldn't have been noticeable during testing. I was able to fix/clean this out myself using 90% Isopropyl. Given that the phone was listed in "Good" status, I wish they would have done a better job checking that over. From what I gathered, it seems they make sure the device powers and they connect it to a test wifi network. Other than that I'm not super convinced these phones go through a rigorous check.

Seller was excellent. Had an issue with product, but seller was quick to respond and resolve.

It was a positive experience.

Paid for item. No response for days. I ask after day 3 for an update. Then told the phones having issues. Refund still pending in my account. I wonder how long it would have taken to be alerted to the device not being sent if I would have never commented on it. Mind bogglingly bad service.

Sent the Verizon version instead of the Google version, phone had a hardware issue too, but the refund process from them was very simple. The customer support was awesome.
