The first phone sent would not charge but upon calling the company I was sent a new one right away. The new one seems to work fine; just need to keep me in mind that they come without a SIM card.
Unfortunately the phone was not working properly, so the seller sent us another phone. It also was not working properly so they refunded our money. The seller worked well with us, but it was still not an overly positive experience.
