Excellent sale, and that included a bit of a hiccup with "first" phone. Johbet Inc truly stands behind their 30 day warranty. The first phone I received had some sort of bad connection with the battery. I let them know of the problem and they sent me a return label and shipped out a new phone. Replacement was a different color, but it works great! I would definitely do business with them again.

Phone arrived with bad radio. After a few trips to the Verizon store, and two new sim cards, Seller sent a prepaid return label, and was refunded within a week.
