Seller was a little slow on communication, but once contacted by Swappa, everything went very well. The advertised device was no longer available, but the seller provided an acceptable alternative. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Very pleased with the phone itself. It was delivered without the S Pen, though after speaking with the seller they offered to send me one, free of charge! Aside from normal wear, the phone is in overall good condition.

Phone got here quick. Device was in flawless condition cosmetically (Note 5), no burn in, which is common with older AMOLED displays like the what the Note 5 had. I would buy from this seller again.
