I received the phone quickly and properly packaged in a short time after requesting priority shipping. The phone had some minor cosmetic wear, as expected. However, when I attempted to insert the charging cable it was apparent the port was damaged. I contacted the seller and he sent me a return shipping label and apologized for the unfortunately he was not able to provide the same phone so he refunded my money.

Phone quality much less than described, looked trashed and beaten and no S Pen included. Asked for SPen and had to wait over a week to get it, then discover that it is not the pen for the phone at all. Terrible. Will never buy from again.
