I think this is like the 4th or 5th phone we have bought from this seller over the last several years. Phones are always exactly as described and in better than the minimal standards. We have only ever had 1 issue with a feature not working on a phone, and seller rectified with a replacement quickly. I now look for this seller first everytime I'm looking for a phone on swappa because I feel very confident I will get what I expect and in the event of a problem, I believe they will promptly rectify the issue without making me jump through a bunch of extra hoops.

Overnight Orders Placed past 12 PM will be shipped next business days.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
