Product was ordered on a Friday and arrived on Monday! Even though the phone was listed as "good" condition, it was nearly brand new. I will certainly shop this seller again when I need another device.
The phone was in mint condition.
Overall the phone is in pretty good shape. The battery health seems okay, but not great. There is something rattling inside , around the front facing camera, when you tilt it forward and back. All systems seem to function as expected. I suspect the screen was replaced because the edges are sharp, i wish it was a requirement that they tell you, but its allowed at this grade. Seller shipped promptly, and it was packged well.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
