My sale was good but ive been using the phone for approximately 8 hours now and I've noticed the screen freezes kinda often. When it freezes the sounds of a video or whatever I'm on, I can still interact with the touch but the screen is frozen and will not unfreeze unless I manage to reset it. If there is a solution I would be happy to hear it or if I can send it in for a replacement im okay with that as well. Thank you

The phone I purchased came in great working condition without flaws.
Original purchase worked for a few months with high pitch noise in the right airpod and connectivity issues, and then just stopped working. Asked for replacement, and it worked just as badly and failed within couple of months. Worst experience on Swappa so far.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 10% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
