Sold me a phone that was active on someone else's account, so, owned by someone else. Seller took several days to reply & told me to return for replacement. The replacement had battery health more than 10% lower than advertised which was not acceptable to me. Seller did not have another phone available that met the specifications of what I purchased. The whole thing took 3 weeks and at the end I still had no working phone. (4 days to receive 1st device, 2 days waiting for response, 5 days for return to be received, 2 days for response, 4 days to receive 2nd device, 2 days for response.) When I returned the 2nd phone, the shipping label was insufficient & the package came back with postage due. I had to pay the full cost of the return myself. Refund was not processed for a week after the phone was received. I accidentally left it attached to my icloud account & the seller ASKED FOR MY ICLOUD USERNAME & PASSWORD instead of giving instructions to disconnect it. Shady from start to end.

The phone was what I wanted. More scratches on the screen than I would've liked, and a sticky substance all over the screen and back of the phone. Overall happy with the purchase though.

The seller has replaced the defective iPhone.

Received phone quickly. Minor abrasions on upper glass and scratch on the back by the lenses. Not a big deal, but was advertised as mint. When phone is on the abrasions are not visible. Overall, happy with the phone as well as the price.
