I’m having issues with the screen. I’m unable to power the phone on or off. The phone is stuck in Voiceover mode.

The shipping time was slower than advertised. They created the label, but product was not confirmed received by shipper in the time frame. They also did not show a very visible defect/crack in the lower left corner of the screen. That would have been nice to see in listing photos before purchase.

RETURNS
We offer 30 days return policy. No returns after 30 days of purchase. The item must be in the same condition. 15% restocking fee on returning non-defective items.
5% fee on order cancellation before the item has shipped.
Refund will be issued within 5 business days after the device is received.
When an item is to be returned the buyer will pay return shipping costs.
