Was quick to ship. Packaging was a little subpar, it was the phone covered in bubble wrap in a bubble wrapped envelope. Disaster was waiting to happen. Phone seems to be fine, I have yet to test it beyond turning it on. Overall a good experience.

The cosmetic condition was as the phone was described, about 8.5/10. No screen damage. However the seller did not mention in the description that the phone did not come with a SIM card tray. I will need to purchase a SIM card tray myself.

Edit: After contacting the seller about the situation, they offered to reimburse me for the cost of a SIM tray since I already purchased from another seller. I've been very impressed with their customer service.

Phone was not in "Mint" condition, visible wear. Battery defective - asked to return phone so they could verify it was a battery issue, did not want to spend time doing that and paying for shipping, so instead we just replaced the battery and it was fine.

I got the phone the day that it said it would be here, and it was in much better shape than I was expecting! It was wrapped very securely, and I have no complaints!

First one's radio was DOA. Seller paid for return shipping and provided working exchange.
