It was difficult getting in touch with the customer service department. I e-mailed and after one response I never recieved another. After 5 days went by I googled the phone number for J&R mobile world, which they took down my name and number and said I would get a return phone call and never received one. I then called back another 3 days later and spoke to a gentleman about a possible exchange. Poor communication....otherwise quick shipping and good condition phone.

The phone is in mint condition. Great service.

The product was not in a good condition like they advertise, even though it works, it looked as if someone was banging it on the floor, the edges had big cuts, and it looked as if it was a 50 years old phone.
