Phone works just as described. It was unlocked and works great with a smaller gsm carrier. (Not ATT or Tmobile) Shipped very quickly.

iPhone arrived in good shape. Since it's a Christmas gift we haven't activated it but we charged it and got a sim card at T-Mobile and it looks to be working.

Didn't include screen protector or headset as described. Fairly certain that this device was refurbished, but it was still a decent price. Not worth the hassle of returning and whatnot, but it was pretty obvious from the moment I opened the package that I was not dealing with a legitimate 'mint' device.
