Note that although my father received his phone, it was nearly dead, and unfortunately there was no charger/cable provided with the phone. I did just noticed that the listing indicated that it "wasn't required" which doesn't make any sense. He ended up having to go out and buy a charger cable in order to be able to even start getting it set up. Although the phone is great, we were very disappointed that it didn't come with a charger cable.
The back casing wasn't original; I don't know if it was replaced or if it was supposed to be like that, but it wasn't the same color as the original 13. The screen works fine, but the speaker was full of dust or something because it wasn't working properly.
Item was in great condition. The screen wasn't original but was of good quality, would purchase from again!

Shipping Policies
We offer free shipping via UPS Ground, with delivery in 3–5 business days. Orders to P.O. Boxes or outside the contiguous U.S. ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
Orders ship within 1-2 business days after payment. You’ll get a tracking number once it’s on the way. A signature may be required for high-value orders.
Need it faster? Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee. Just contact us after placing your order, and we’ll help arrange it. Pricing for expedited shipping varies based on delivery location.
We don’t offer international shipping but will ship to freight forwarders. Orders sent to freight forwarders are not eligible for returns.
We will only ship to the original address on your order. Any address changes that are requested will result in the order being canceled. You may repurchase the item with the correct address afterwards.
All orders are securely packaged for safe delivery.
Return & Refund Policies
Fort Mill Cellular offers a 7-day return window on all purchases. Returned items must be in the same condition as received and include all original accessories and packaging.
Returns initiated for buyer-related reasons (including buyer’s remorse) may be subject to non-refundable payment processing fees. These fees are 3.49% for PayPal payments and 2.9% for Stripe payments.
Order cancellations are only permitted prior to shipment. If a cancellation is requested for buyer-related reasons (such as changing the shipping address or not reviewing the listing details), non-refundable payment processing fees will apply.
All devices include a 30-day limited warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty claims are handled through repair or replacement. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
Please contact us before returning any item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or materially not as described, in which case we cover return shipping.
Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Devices showing signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorized repair may be subject to a restocking fee or may be ineligible for a refund.
