We offer free shipping via UPS Ground, with delivery in 3–5 business days. Orders to P.O. Boxes or outside the contiguous U.S. ship via USPS Ground Advantage.

We ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. This excludes holidays, if your scheduled ship date falls on a holiday, your order will ship the next business day afterwards. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way. A signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Need it faster? Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee. Just contact us after placing your order, and we’ll help arrange it. Pricing for expedited shipping varies based on delivery location.

We don’t offer international shipping but will ship to freight forwarders. Orders sent to freight forwarders are not eligible for returns.

We will only ship to the original address on your order. Any address changes that are requested will result in the order being canceled. You may repurchase the item with the correct address afterwards.

All orders are securely packaged for safe delivery.

We offer a 7-day return window on all purchases. Returned items must be in the same condition as received and include all original accessories and packaging.

Returns initiated for buyer-related reasons (including buyer’s remorse) may be subject to non-refundable payment processing fees. These fees are 3.49% for PayPal payments and 2.9% for Stripe payments.

Order cancellations are only permitted prior to shipment. If a cancellation is requested for buyer-related reasons (such as changing the shipping address or not reviewing the listing details), non-refundable payment processing fees will apply.

Please contact us before returning any item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or materially not as described, in which case we cover return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Devices showing signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorized repair may be subject to a restocking fee or may be ineligible for a refund.
