Shipping Policies
We offer free shipping via UPS Ground, with delivery in 3–5 business days. Orders to P.O. Boxes or outside the contiguous U.S. ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
Orders ship within 1-2 business days after payment. You’ll get a tracking number once it’s on the way. A signature may be required for high-value orders.
Need it faster? Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee. Just contact us after placing your order, and we’ll help arrange it.
We don’t offer international shipping but will ship to freight forwarders. Orders sent to freight forwarders are not eligible for returns.
All orders are securely packaged for safe delivery.
Return & Refund Policies
At Fort Mill Cellular, we offer a 7-day return policy on all purchases. Returns must be in the same condition as received and include all original accessories and packaging.
All devices come with a 30-day warranty, with claims handled by repair or replacement.
Please contact us before returning any item. Buyers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or not as described. In those cases, we cover the cost.
Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Devices showing misuse, damage, or unauthorized repairs may incur a restocking fee or be denied.
