Quick shipping and condition as described.

I received an iphone that had a cracked backside. The crack is a few inches long but did not go through the whole backside but most or it. I figure this happened during shipping for the phone had no cardboard protection. Just a couple sheets of loose bubble wrap in a bubble wrap paper envelope. I requested for a refund and the seller promptly sent me a prepaid shipping label and I sent it back and received my refund in full.

Volume isn't great, would've been nice to know but I got my phone.

A shipping label was created within 2 days but the phone didn’t actually ship until a couple days after that. It came packaged well and as advertised. It did have a replacement screen which is mentioned as a possibility in the description, but this disables the True Tone color option, which probably should also be mentioned in the description. Other than those nitpick issues, a good experience.
