The transaction was smooth, no complaints and the phone was exactly as advertised.. Very happy with the whole process!

A shipping label was created within 2 days but the phone didn’t actually ship until a couple days after that. It came packaged well and as advertised. It did have a replacement screen which is mentioned as a possibility in the description, but this disables the True Tone color option, which probably should also be mentioned in the description. Other than those nitpick issues, a good experience.

Phone was exactly like the pictures, and battery health was better than expected.

The seller did not ship within the 2 business days but other than that there were no issues and the phone was exactly as it was described.

I sent this phone to a friend's house to bring to me in Europe. The phone was delivered at the last minute and missed my friend. The restocking fee is too high to justify sending back. I am stuck with a phone I can't use. I am 0 for 2 with Swappa this year. This website is starting to not feel like the right fit for me.
