Slow response time, slow delivery (delivered outside of two days), lack of accountability.

I sent this phone to a friend's house to bring to me in Europe. The phone was delivered at the last minute and missed my friend. The restocking fee is too high to justify sending back. I am stuck with a phone I can't use. I am 0 for 2 with Swappa this year. This website is starting to not feel like the right fit for me.

Seller sold a defective item and was unwilling to communicate to compromise on a solution.

Phone was listed as having a non apple screen. Fine, but it needs to work. It quit working soon after the phone was purchased, and had to get a new screen installed

This was not a Verizon phone. Tried to use Verizon but would not work. Tried to unlock phone, turns out it is T-Mobile. I tried unlocking and using physical Sim. Still locked. I paid for a service to unlock. Unsuccessful. Left several messages. No response. I'm over $300 into a $211 phone. Not cool.

Buyer beware. Seller utilizes sub standard replacement parts for items which they sell. The phone I received had a very poor quality screen which was described as “mint” on the listing. I returned the item to the seller and they denied the quality issue. The seller is then stating the item was returned due to “buyers remorse“ which allows them to charge a 20% restocking fee. Not worth the stress.. if your on swaps use a more reputable seller

The left speaker on the phone does not work. The right one does work, so I did not immediately notice this. I attempted to provide feedback to the seller and didn't hear back.

Seller lacks communication skills, shipped late, and sent me a defective phone (packaged poorly in just a small bubble mailer). Like another reviewer experienced, the iPhone they sent would randomly and frequently restart for no reason. I let Cybertron know and they just sent me a link to a troubleshoot page for the topic... Something I had already done. I had to ask again to get the return initiated. Once the return arrived at their facility, I again had to initiate a conversation to start the refund (a day after they received it). I worried they wouldn't give me a full refund because one of the reviewers I read mentioned that happened to them. Thankfully this wasn't the case and they did issue a full refund.
From start to finish, this process took 15 days and resulted in absolutely nothing. I've had good experiences using Swappa in the past and this seller is even highly rated, but this was unacceptable. Even if the phone had worked as advertised, I would not endorse this company.

I need to return this, it was unable to activate on Tmobile due to lock out.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from CYBERTRON ELECTRONICS. We bought a used iPhone X. From the time we opened it, it didn't work right. It would randomly power off and reboot. We tried doing a factory reset twice and the problems continued. From the start, the company blamed us and said we must have dropped it or damaged it. I assured him that was not the case. He told us to ship it back. After the seller received it back, he said it worked fine, insulted us again, and then charged us a $90 restocking fee. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
