Wrong item was sent initially. But, the seller let me know ahead of time and provided a return label. Once the item was returned to the seller, they sent the correct item. Phone itself was in good condition.

Phone received

Ordered Sunday night, arrived on Friday. Phone as described. Everything good so far!

This was not a Verizon phone. Tried to use Verizon but would not work. Tried to unlock phone, turns out it is T-Mobile. I tried unlocking and using physical Sim. Still locked. I paid for a service to unlock. Unsuccessful. Left several messages. No response. I'm over $300 into a $211 phone. Not cool.
