The device arrived with a service warning about the battery which wasn't disclosed. I tried asking about this on the sale page, but never got a reply.
Sent me a phone whose camera didn't work, told me they would send me another one once they received the one that didn't work, I had to reach out to them to see if they received it to which I got this response "I don't know I am vacation and I didn't get it in time. I believe I got it. So I will just give you a refund instead". What a fantastic waste of time for me!
It took a while to receive it. But the item seems good as it described
Good phone.
Seller sold phone that was defective where screen was malfunctioning. They denied the issue and only refunded 50% after I returned the device. Required escalation with PayPal that delayed the full refund.
Pay attention to the other bad reviews and stay away!
This will likely be my last purchase on Swappa due to the bad experience.
