I was concerned about the battery health level, asked about it before buying, did not get an answer. But still decided to buy and see and I am glad I did. The battery health is good. overall a positive experience this time - in contrast to last time I bought a "mint" phone on swappa that looked great but had only 51 percent battery health.
This seller was more honest.

Phone packaging (paper padding) and provided charger were lacking, but the phone arrived in mint condition and works perfectly!

Thank you so much! The phone I got surpassed my expectations.

I purchased the phone and sent a note to the seller requesting Overnight shipping since I really needed the new phone the next day. They respond and tell me that thats fine, they can ship overnight and invoice me.

The next day I email them to ask about the invoice only for them to tell me they got too busy to send my phone out on next day shipping and decided to send it by regular mail the next day instead? They tell me they can retrieve the phone and issue a refund. Neither of those things happened.

I just receive the phone in the mail and I haven't been refunded, so now I have to send this phone back and wait another week to get my money back.

Its simple matter of managing expectations, if you can't do something don't tell me you can and not follow though.

bought 2 phones reported "good" condition, one was "fair" rather than "good" but they refunded my money with no issues.

Everything seems to be in order. There is an unexplainable clicking sound on the screen in places, but it doesn't seem to impact the functionality of the phone. Even though there is a disclaimer that the photo shown may not be the phone received, it was still a bit misleading to see a phone still with it's plastic screen protectors and receive one without them. The implication being that the phone is in a newer state. All in all, I am satisfied.
