My experience with this seller was a great one. While the phone I purchased turned out to be unusable, Consumer Electronics was very helpful in returning the phone and issuing me a full refund. They apologized for the inconvenience and paid for the return shipping without any fuss (their Return Policy states the buyer is responsible for return fees). Any delays in communication were due to the time difference, as they are in CA and I'm on the east coast. So while I was disappointed about not being able to use the phone I had purchased, my experience with Consumer Electronics was overall a very positive one. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
