I was skeptical of the mint condition claim but the phone showed up in better condition than mint...it looks like a new phone! Great communication. Highly recommend this retailer. Next time I need a phone I will come back.

Charging cable is a cheap knockoff and a peace of crap. Doesn't even charge phone when plugged in overnight.

phones weren't shipped due to inventory problem, but seller was easy to deal with and quickly refunded cost of phones. very polite and amenable.

Arrived as advertised.

Phone was bought on 6/19 afternoon. Saw a USPS label created on 6/20 but it wasn't shipped out until 6/22 when I reached out asking why there was no tracking. They said it was a tracking update issue but the tracking showed that it was shipped via Next Day on the 22nd.

Phone came faulty and when I requested a refund, they were quick to respond and send a return label. Refund was posted 1 week after they received the phone and when I inquired about the status.

Overall experience is neutral because there's no way to ask the seller questions. You click on the "Contact Seller" and receive an error several days later stating that they cannot contact the seller. This may be a Swappa issue but still, let potential buyers ask questions and answer on the selling page.
