The device I got had burn in, which Swappa says it doesn't allow a phone to be listed if it has burn in. I emailed the company to ask for a replacement device. They didn't answer any emails unless I CC'ed Swappa in the email as well. When they did respond, it was slow. To top it all off, I didn't get a replacement device. I understand running out of stock, but you think they would have checked to see if they had any before promising a replacement. At least I got my money back to buy from somewhere else...
