The only complaint I have is the charging piece that plugs into the wall does not work. The phone is in great shape which is my main concern.

Phone arrived with a little chip at the bottom from shipping but they were very quick to respond with my concerns and took back the phone. Aside from that everything went over smoothly.

Everything worked out great. Saved a ton of money using Swappa.

Customer advertised both phones as new in box-resale. One of the phones was set up with a user and a time zone set to Singapore. Customer also advertised phones as T-Mobile and neither of the phones are. They were regular unlocked
