Ultimately was provided a full refund but:
1) Phone arrived with a broken charger
2) No one ever answered at the phone number provided (tried at a few different times)
3) The phone sent was not the unlocked international version as I ordered- leaving me stranded with no phone abroad for a week...It was the US CDMA version...
